1. ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการแชร์ข้อมูลจากแผนที่ การแชร์IDในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และ/หรือDiscord รวมถึงการแชร์ภาพScreenshot ตำแหน่ง ลิสท์ หากตรวจพบสามารถระงับการใช้งานAccountนั้นๆได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และจะไม่มีการคืนเงินในทุกกรณี
2. เนื่องจากมีปัจจัยที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ในการให้บริการ PokeMapTHไม่สามารถรับประกันการใช้งาน และจะไม่มีการชดเชย และ/หรือ คืนเงินสนับสนุนในทุกกรณี
3. PokeMapTHไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับ Niantic, ThePokemonCompany หรือบริษัทสาขา
4. ข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาจากผู้ใช้งานในพื้นที่นั้นๆ

1. Sharing of information is not allowed. Sharing account, Discord and/or sharing of the screenshot, location or lists of information is prohibited. If the user is found violating the terms, we reserve the right to terminate the account with no prior warning. And no refund will be given.
2. Since there’s an uncontrollable factors in providing this kind of service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. No compensation or refund will be given in case of downtime.
3. PokeMapTH have no relationship with Niantic, Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, or any other Pokémon related company.
4. The data displayed on the site is acquired from users in the areas.
